Club or event hires
Standard track hire charge of £ 50 per hour for any number of users up to track limit at any one time.
No charge if track is unusable due to inclement weather. No play = no pay (subject to notification of non-usability within 24 hours)
Extended let users (with 40 + Hours track time booked over the season) = £ 40 / hour
Youth development extended lets (more than 20+ Hours track time booked over the season) = £ 33 / hour
Ad-hoc sessions
for approved groups of less than 10 riders (* details of eligibility on application)
Off peak sessions of 2 hours, if the track has not been booked for standard track hire sessions.

- Youths £ 3
Peak rate sessions (Weekends and weekday evenings commencing after 5pm) of 3 hours, if the track has not been booked for standard track hire sessions.
- Adults £ 10
- Youths £ 5
Other charges
Accreditation sessions £15 for as long as it takes to complete the syllabus. ( Bike hire not included)
Coaches /instructors can be arranged for groups which do not have appropriately qualified coaches at a cost of £20 per hour (charges payable direct to the coach)
Bike hire is available,booked in advance, at a cost of £5 per session (max 3 hours) for youths and £10 per session (max 3 hours) for all others
Derny pacers can be arranged for £10 per hour (charges payable direct to the pacer)
