If you are an experienced track rider and have had instruction or extensive elite level competition experience on a steep board track, you can apply for:

Probationary Track accreditation

The Velodrome has a provisional track accreditation system.

This allows experienced riders who cannot easily attend the Skills and Induction courses to become accredited.

Provisional Accreditation can only be issued by the ESTPA Secretary or deputy who will consult with Meadowbank TL Commisaires, and / or Scottish Cycling recognised Coaches before making a decision.

 The ESTPA Secretary or deputy’s decision on provisional accreditation is final.

The provisional rider will be issued with an information sheet* V5.50 and a report sheet*.

Riders can have their provisional accreditation removed at any time.

The ESTPA Secretary or deputy’s decision on this matter will be final.

Riders with provisional accreditation for 2012 will have the opportunity to move to full accreditation during the season
